Your best options will be 300+ toa or duke imo. The good news for you is that bowfa+crystal isn't needed for 300s and you should be able to get to these in your current gear setup. Do mage only and hide behind pillars when mage phase is up. I’ve recently been farming Zulrah with BP only and its surprisingly doable. I have 99 range though and use eagle eye. Sip Range pot after every 2 kills. Average kill time is around 2:20 which I’m happy with personally. Also use god d’hide over Karils.
Use whatever ammo you can reasonably obtain/replace. Performing the mechanics well will make a much bigger difference than which of the 3 you bring. Karil's Xbow is better. Zulrah kills per trip with a tbow. So I recently just started a Tbow rebuild a few days ago. Been doing bosses like zulrah and sara to make some GP back. I have blessed dhide, anguish and serp helm with max combat stats. I can get anywhere from 3-5 kills per trip with sharks, Karams, and a few anglers with bastion pots.

Vorkath and Zulrah, two of the most-farmed encounters, are not that difficult but in my opinion more complex than Jad. But since you're going for BowFa I assume you have SotE completed and by extension can access the Gauntlet, which requires no gear and involves prayer-switching Give that a spin until you can consistently complete regular.

pretty sure it's better gp/hr to use anti-venoms at zulrah, the only reason you would use serp is for convenience. So you're also getting better dps using the crystal helmet. For sara, you can just bring serp switch, if you want to venom minions, then sara bracers and unholy blessing for god items.
