On gp100 357. I just bought a gp100 357 im wanting to put a scope on it but id rather not drill it i dont trust a gunsmith to not ruin my awesome gun. Id like to scope it with a magnifying scope using the weigatinny no drill mount. Take the tension off the adjustment screw first (catch the spring - it will want to fly away), and the pin slips out with barely a tap. Heavily armed old man.I have a Weigand mount on my GP 100 and my .44 mag SBH. Nice light compact mount. Uses the sight screw and you have to D&T 2 6X48 holes in the top strap.
