I checked it by comparing the bottom of the front takedown pin lug on the MR556 upper to a standard AR upper and found the difference to be ~0.233". I then checked by measuring from the bottom flat at the middle portion of the uppers to the top 1913 rail and found it to be ~0.238". I called it 0.233" or 6mm for ease and used that.

I believe Geissele specifically makes a SSF trigger for the HK 416, so I don't think that will be a problem. You just end up paying for a feature you can't use, since most of us aren't ever going to get to own a full auto 416.
