Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating.

Check that the cap is securely fastened and sealing OK. If everything appears OK, then the pressure seal may have failed and the cap may need replacing.

What comes to mind. 1. If you run straight water, make sure you bleed all the air from the system, since water is a much lower boiling point than a water/coolant mix, steam pressure in the air pockets will pop the rad. …
