Nenio asks the real questions. The actual answer is that basically Hell Mutated him, he was originally a normal Minotaur but when he came back from Hell he was suddenly a Goat and incredibly emaciated. Out of character that Nenio wouldn't know that. I sure hope someone was fired for this blunder.
