Poisonous berries and mushrooms. Just died from sickness, but I'm not sure if it's ok. My char had weak stomake and prone to illness traits, but I ate only 1 unknown berry and 1 unknown mushroom. Next morning I got illness icon and after 20-30 sec died. It was like I drink a bleach. Two poisonous items with "weak stomach" will always kill you.
