Hey all, I am currently doing my evil Dark Urge tactician play through and am in act 1 under dark. I am running the dual hand crossbow swords bard build, currently 5 levels of bard with the intent to take 1 level of fighter 3 levels of rogue and the rest bard. I am looking for gear recommendations for this build. Current gear:So 28.5 average per hit. Handbows deal 1d6 + 2 (assuming using a +2 enchanted or hellfire) + 5 (dex) + 10 (sharpshooter) or 20.5 average per hit. At level 12, assuming 3 shots from your bow on fighter, and 4 shots from hand crossbows, you'll still deal more damage with titanstring baseline.

I think one of the better bard builds floating around atm is first level sorcerer - going draconic white dragon. You get armor of agathys or whatever its called, some nice cantrips, magic missile and shield. Then you can go 11 levels into bard. You can go sword bards and dual wield or (if you go wood elf) finesse weapon/shield.
