I took my school-mandated COMSAE at the beginning of May and took my Level 1 at the end of June, and was >200 points higher on my level 1.i dont trust combank, i have 88% correct on that crap and my comsae are like 520s. I decided to do uworld and its alot more harder, comsae 107 is way too easy so people do very well so even if you get 80% your score will be low, idk if that makes sense- the curve is just shifted left too much.

From what I've seen the people who take 106 before 107 usually end up improving by 30-100 points on 107, and seems like people who pass those pass comlex but of course people say the comsaes aren't very predictive so idk. So if you find a quizlet deck that corresponds or use the Anking deck. It's a lot of 1st order questions. I got a 20% on OMM and still was in the 580+ just off the buzz words questions alone. I also went down the same amount- got a 491 on 106 a month before my exam, and a 421 on 107 two weeks out. For me I think it was because 106 seemed to test my stronger subjects, but 107 highlighted my weaknesses/gaps in knowledge.
