Rivers of blood is my main just because of the damage. Pole blade for speed. Both have nice AoE. Rivers for pure DPS on bosses. Pole blade for staggering mobs. Nora's is fun and the weapon art does crazy posture damage/bleed but sometimes misses vital parts of the combo if the enemy moves much. Eleonora's Poleblade is just a winner weapon for this build due to its speed of attacks. It has really fast attacks that can catch the enemies off-guard and result in massive high damage output.

The poleblade can only go to +10 because it is a somber smithing stone weapon which means it would still be equal/better than a +25. The poleblade has a good weapon art already and has good blood build up which will make up for potential lost dps. With equal Dex and Arc Eleanora's Poleblade is wicked good.
