You could always get one from a salvage yard. I left the 4 fuses in while removing the DRL fuse and the lights went out. Sounds like a scrap yard will be on the list of calls today.

Most of the time just disconnecting the two connectors and re-connecting cleans them enough to clear BCM issues for a while. Cleaning and adding dielectric grease makes it last longer for sure. Pulling and re-inserting fuses also solve some other problems like your radio coming on and off.
