Jun 18, 2013 · The most significant difference is the stock. A 30A has a birch stock and no Marlin bullseye. The front sight is not on a ramp but dovetailed into the barrel. It has an endcap instead of bands. It is fully a Marlin, just made to a slightly lower price point. $375.00 is not outrageous as a price.
