I am by no way an expert with ae2 but inscribers have input and output sides. You can lock the inscriber presses so they dont move. It is highly recommended that you do 1 for each processor. Mess around with hoppers to find where input and output sides are and put your pattern provider on the input side and an importer to the output side.

Put the pattern into the me interface if it isn't already. Place your molecular assembler adjacent to the me interface. It should work.
