Amazon video needs to address the issue of the app crashing on TCL Roku tvs. The quick fixes are not working. I have roku tv and Prime was crashing after about minute into a movie. So I turn tv off and then unplug it from wall and wait about 15 seconds then plug back in and turn back on. Seems to clear up problem but may have to repeat this process in a week or so depending on how much you watch prime.

I removed my Prime channel and reinstalled it. works just fine now. When deleting and reinstalling, be sure to reboot the Roku after the deletion of the app and before the reinstallation of the app. The reboot, when done there, will clear out any residual data about the app, which, if part of the issue, might otherwise cause the issue to remain.
