Interestingly, if I run speed tests, after about 2-3 tests the bandwidth comes back up the normal 270 Mbps indicated by non-Att test services, and 330 or so Mbps for ATT speed test. It gives me the impression that ATT is rationing bandwidth, until a speed test is run, then it automatically quits rationing it, triggered by my speed tests.
