Arc increases physical damage, Fire damage AND bleed build up. So it's way more valuable than Dex until arcane reaches a softcap, which is 50 I think.

I thought Eleonora's Poleblade was a no-brainer for a DEX / ARC build, but I've heard some debate over the subject. A lot of people say the poleblade is only really worth it for the weapon art (I don't really like just spamming LT all day. I like my weapons to have more versatility), while the Godskin Peeler is better for raw damage and apparently procs bleed like crazy. Weapons: Eleonora's Poleblade, Bloody Helice (great for PvP), Mohgwyn Spear (2 handed you hit exactly 24 strength to use it), Marais Executioner's Sword (2 handed gives you enough strength to use it), Dragon Seal for your spells (scales with Arcane and empowers your dragon breath spells) Eleonoras poleblade has dex as a higher scaling attribute but Arcane adds more than damage. So Arcane should be first. Bloody Helice has Arcane as its highest scaling attribute so thats a no brainer. So dex and str shouldnt see points until Arcane starts to bring diminishing results.
