Check the PCM Power Relay (under hood). Check the fuse under the hood that supplies the relay (F2) and the fuses on the relay's output (F18, F23, & F24). I have a 1995 f-150 4.9 I6 and 5 speed manual long bed reg cab truck. Starts up just fine, runs fine and then after a while if you stalled it or didn't start it completely, it would turn over forever but never start. When the truck finally cooled down it would start again.
