Since the problem is with both keys, I'm guessing the problem is with the sensor. Previous vehicle: Oxford White 2013 Focus SE Hatchback DCT with Option Package 201A.
Lately the MachE does not recognize the phone key. The confusing part is that it does unlock the car from the app and does allow you to press the start button on the app. Then it says to press the start button on the car. However when you press the start button, it says key not detected. It is a 2015 Escape SE ecoboost 1.6. I do have the scan tool. The IPC is reading no key detected. When I try to get into the PATS system it says access is ungranted.
