That will depend on how low the pressure was to begin with. Usually somewhere around .050 to about .075. I personally have some solid alluminum stock cut down to about .430 I think, and I cut different thickness based on the oil pressure. It would be constant or, intermittence would be based on load. This makes noise only in first gear, only when decelerating (engine braking).
