While replacing the battery in my 2018 Odyssey, I broke the T bolt on the battery terminal clamp by over tightening the nut at the top of the T bolt. The terminal clamp was secure, but not tight enough. I was driving like that for a couple of weeks and suddenly the info display started showing 'Engine Management System Problem' alert.
