No it doesn't. Carefree Melody is terrible for Radiant. You need to get hit at least once for Carefree Melody to even have a chance of procing its affect. It starts at 0% chance, and increases by 10% each time you get hit. Don't choose carefree melody, it is a shameful mark of cowardice. Also Grimm child is cuter.
