On June 8th, 2022, it was transferred again, and that office now has the jurisdiction over my case.The NBC is approving close to 1,000 cases per day so things LOOK good but we can never be too positive. It's rare for an interview to be waived for family based petitions. Okay so the flair is wrong. You posted it under I-130 & I-485 which is for family based petitions. Your case will most probably have the interview waived unless you have dependents on your AOS petition or you're a complex case such as EB2 NIW.
