Vritra, the dragon of confined boundaries. She is a Divine Spirit and dragon who is the very personification of obstruction. She is an obstacle to the whole of the world. As a Servant, all of this is shrunk down to human size upon her manifestation.

While low attack on an offensive servant is disappointing, the stat spread fits perfectly with Cleo’s sustain-oriented kit, so it’s somewhat forgivable. Cleo’s NP gain is absurdly good. Her Arts card is fairly typical for her deck, at 2.12%, but her Quicks are excellent at 4.24% and her Extra is a ridiculous 6.36%. Cu has a dodge, so my usual “dodge is better” complaint is moot. Protection from Arrows is one of the best dodge skills in the game. The dodge can potentially last more than a turn if you’re lucky (and it’s impossible to waste the effect), and it gives a small defense boost on top of that, and all on a normal cooldown.Billy’s attack is quite low for a 3* Archer, and his HP isn’t really high enough to make up for it.
