Basically you want to proc your Fatal Bloom asap, so thats why high fire rate is where its at. High fire rate weapons are your friend, but rainbow is also great for ease of use. Elemental Rage Increases your damage dealt to enemies under any Elemental Effect, scaling from 30%, 60%, to 120% DMG increase.
