Another factor is to some Padmé doesn’t look like she’s aged by the time of AOTC, Padmé is 24 and Natalie was 19, compared to Anakin who is 19 and Hayden was 19 as well.Plus while padme was more accomplished i don't think she had that many opportunities to fall in love, so Anakin was her first love, so even her lines can be explained as well. So for me the dialogue is perfectly in tune with a romantically stunted 17 years old would behave.

By comparison to THAT, Anakin's lines are about 10% more cringey and dumb, which is what you would expect from a teenager in love who exists in a kitch/pastiche level space fantasy/soft sci fi. Anakin's love declaration would be abysmally bad writing in say, Interstellar, but by SW standards they are mostly ok, and stand on their own.
