Jera won't work on item pedestals, but works on chests. Diplopia works on everything except itself, so it's best to use both in the first room of the chest stage. Provided you have enough keys.

Jera has always been said to be super useful, but how many big uses does it actually have? In the right situation it can be GREAT! Blood Bank to get lots of cois + Jera can result in tons of coins.
