model 783. This is a 1982 made model 783 I bought back in May. Used this rifle to take care of groundhogs throughout the summer. Put a Glenfield 4x from a model 60 on it, ended up buying a Marlin 4x for it but haven't put it on yet. Shoots 40gr Maxi-Mags like a dream (they're in stock on CCI's site as I type this-free shipping over $100)
