Waterskin and Bucket management is awkward. You can equip an empty waterskin with your skill bar, but once you fill it, it is forced off the bar into your inventory. It isn't equippable again until it is empty. The same is true for buckets. depending how many times the water shin had been used, it'll either be in the resource storage or broken. They will use waterskins and buckets up to 10 times from new until they break same as plates and bowls. It will go in your resource bin once it's empty unless they used the last of it's durability.
