Mercari support keep getting worst with claims. Just had someone request return and he return it used, damage and in a used trash bag with no kind of protection. My item was brand new but I end up with a damage item that look like it got abuse by a 2 year old kid.

If you can prove you purchased them with a receipt you should be able to get the warning removed. It may take a few days with it being a holiday weekend.
