Nissan xterra vdc off slip reset.

I have a 2005 Xterra and I am having problem diagnosing the issues. First I have four dash board lights on, and they are ABS, VDC,SLIP and the Check Engine. Secondly, the rear tires are dragging when reversing or turning.
