I doubt that they are faster in this challenge. I think it is because nearly all ghosts speed up in line of sight that u generally break by crouching when looping ghost for example in tanglewood or willows kichen so you experience them at base speed all the time. On camp woodwind you cant break line of sight so after 10-15 seconds of chasing ... I recommend hiding as soon as you go in, to listen to the ghost speed.
