I never actually got the poop to stop smearing on the walls after almost two months. I ended up cleaning the entire inside of the globe twice a week. At one point I went through 35 lbs of litter in one week because of the GIANT clumps that were being created. I’ve never seen anything like it in all my years of scooping cat poop.

Perform a hard reset after emptying the waste drawer: Unplug Litter-Robot for 10 seconds and replug. Thoroughly clean the Drawer Full Indicator (DFI) with a dry cloth or cotton swab. Check for signs of corrosion.
