Hello Queens Crap, I live near Bowne Park and every weekend in the summer from 11pm to the wee hours of the morning I hear LOUD, blaring, bass-filled reggaeton/rap/latin music. It is so loud that even when I wear ear plugs, I can still feel the base. I can even hear the lyrics!
