Easy to fix, just take the top of the trans off from inside the cab and check it out, easy to see if it's trying to go into two gears at the same time. Big screwdriver will pry it right. He said it's not exactly a common problem that they see but they have done plenty of valve bodies on the 66RFE and 68RFE with good success.
