With Strength and Vitality hierarchically above agility and survival. I might be mistaken, or it was an error, but I noticed attributes with a chance of 65%+ growing +2 in one level up.

That said my greater jungle claws came out at 20 with 28+ strength and 8-11k health. But I think I got extremely good luck with them. My greater bears aren't coming out as nice as the jungle claws. In fact I feel they were a waste of fish and honey. I haven't leveled my greater sabertooth yet. After 14 cubs I've only gotten one.
