Using the resources provided by the Ingram Hall Makerspace we are designing machines and creating processes to recycle post-consumer plastic. We are developing a recycling workshop on campus to allow the TXST community to learn and take plastic recycling into their own hands.
Ingram Hall Makerspace. Ingram Hall Makerspace is housed on the first floor of Gloria and Bruce Ingram Hall on Texas State University Campus . This combined space is over 6,000 square feet. The Ingram Hall Makerspace also has large roll up doors on the window side of the space, leading out to a patio area.Their growing numbers raise the question of how can an university makerspace engage a diverse set of users, who represent the university’s student body, into the space.
