Dec 3, 2021 · I have a decent OBD scanner (in the $100 range) that was giving the code (P0480 - COOLING FAN 1 CONTROL CIRCUIT). Looked at the service manual for this code and did some trouble shooting. Mostly checking connections, checking fuses, relays, etc.
