Basically it is not seeing a signal from the camshaft because its not seeing the completed circuit. Sensor or wiring issue most likely.Besides that, those LML return line back pressure valves is a good place to start. My LML would pretty much instantly start within less than a second of cranking when not freezing cold. I'll have to time them and see if there is really a significant difference or just seems like a long time to me.

Replaced sensor and charged up the batteries.Put the bleeder screw back in. Pump the primer bulb until it gets so hard you have trouble pushing it down, then crack the bleeder screw open.
