When you get the chance, gain access to the pinch detect switch and get some petroleum jelly or equivalent, encapsulate completely the contact points of the switch, glob it on thick! I finally ordered a completely new pinch detector and DFI kit. I changed it all out, it was working great for about a month. Now these past few days I am back to seeing the pinch detector alerts. I absolutely despise having to open the litter robot and have probably about a good 10x now. I’ve had the litter robot 3 for 3-4 years now.
