Well, there are a few things that help. First, Bisharp’s Sucker Punch is one of the strongest priority moves in the game. It has a BP of 105 after STAB, when most priority moves have 60 or 80. Compared to skarmory ferrothorn has a lot of advantages. 1.It has a better typing since it resists water and electric. 2.It has far better special bulk. 3.It has a far better ability. Falinks is a junk mon with a very cool signature move that makes it usable in the lower tiers. Falinks would be complete shit if it wasn't blessed with No Retreat. No Retreat alone is not enough to make an extremely mediocre Pokemon viable in the higher tiers.
