Do you know for sure if your PC is capable of running both The Sims 3/4 and the post-processing effects of Reshade? I think the reason why there's a ton of presets for screenshots is because Reshade is for screenshots. The pre-installed presets are for another game by the way. But if you download a preset for the Sims 4, Gshade is made to be compatible with it.
