I'm also a little late here but for anyone using Yuzu on the Steam deck that's still having this issue. Try setting the "Scaling Filter" within the "Performance" tab of the right side menu to "FSR". You should immediately see an improvement. You shouldn't need to restart the game.

Yes the wiiu emulator is much more mature and has more graphical options. With a good pc you could play BotW in 4k. Wii U easier to run. My quick take: yes CEMU is more mature but it also happens to just run better on the deck compared to YUZU. Maybe YUZU developments will close the gap but who knows.
