I have been to Costco gas stations in quite a few cities, like Palm Desert, San Diego, Phoenix, Bakersfield, San Luis Obispo. The lines are really long during the day from say 7AM to 8PM. The best times to go during the week are 6AM -6:45 AM, and anytime just before closing. On the weekend, sometimes there is a line before it opens!!!
