I have 900 hours in EU4 and 150 hours in Vic3. Vic3 is mechanically a much more interesting game, but it doesn't have the amount of flavour as EU4. I prefer Vic3 at the moment, for the same reason I prefer Imperator to EU4. EU4 is a fun digital board game.
