Wife just got a 43x. FWIW, her 43x came with a Glock "-" connector installed, assume they all do. We went with Overwatch poly dat with the np3 trigger bar. While I was ordering I got the Overwatch OEM Glock "-"connector and Overwatch OEM Glock safety plunger that were both np3 coated as well. Here was trigger pull stock out of box

I believe Holosun uses a modified RMSc footprint, which deletes and lowers some of the locating posts. To direct mount I believe you would have to mill off two of the locating posts and lower the other two.
