An easy remedy for this is turning the A/C to a mid setting, or even turn the heat on for a bit, melt the ice from the evaporator, then run the A/C above the lowest setting. Don't put the blame on the car. Blame it on the weather and the car's operator.

Passenger side, when you turn left, you hear a squelching under the dash as blower motor is slowly dying with each left turn.
