A lady began to drill the gel polish off and RIPPED the part of my nail that was broken. My toe began to bleed and then they told me they couldn't fix it. She piled on some ointment and a blue liquid that stung. I waited 40 minutes for someone to rip my toe nail off and send me home with a bleeding, sore nail. Such a great experience.
