I was an employee of the call center and the management there is terrible.Mavis Tire team's tire buyers are negotiating hard with the manufacturers to bring low prices to their customers. The Mavis street team is on the ground, going from competitor to competitor, while the e-team is on-line checking the competition making sure that Mavis is at the bottom price level of the market place.

I took my vehicle back to the same Mavis store with the complaint of the grinding sound. The technician who worked on my vehicle drove my vehicle to the service bay to "fix" the problem. I left the Mavis store without the grinding sound resonating from my vehicle. This was inspected and documented and Mavis and the oil shop was fined $5,000 by the DMV, and would lose their licenses if a second infraction occured. If you have the ambition, DMV is the one to report to in regards to this. I can't remember the exact department, but it can easily be found online.
