The overcharge effect is also nigh-useless against bosses. The best thing about this NP, though, is the party debuff clear. Party debuff clears are actually quite rare, and Shiki’s Arts focus and pretty good NP gain means she can use it fairly regularly. The original Archer, Emiya is one of the two 4* servants most people have been looking for in rerolls. His skills are the main reason he’s good, though two of those skills are not all that great until they get buffs down the road. In most cases, she’s going to be either a pretty good Arts unit or a pretty good Buster unit. There’s value in that flexibility, for sure, but it’s not as remarkable as her being the first Servant with two completely different NPs would suggest. Rabbit's Arbitrary Ratings. Overall: 8/10.
