I personally have always used Alive. I absolutely love the shaders used and use the Ultra preset with it. Currently, Alive 5 is out and improved performance even more while using less GPU power. Framerate isn't an issue for me with a Ryzen 5800X3D/3080 TI combo at 1440p and the game looks 100x better.
