Those are loads that are supposedly safe with any hull/wad combination so long as you use the called for charge of powder with a non-magnum primer for the given shot weight. I am of the opinion that the suggestion of using the DRV-20 Down range wad in a STS case, would provide room for 15/16 oz. of shot. Lyman's #5 does list a couple of loads using the STS case and Longshot with the SP20 Rem wad, with pressures at 10,800 and 10,400 PSI, which would be suitable for tube sets.
